Recreate is an older fat burner made by USP Labs. Their latest fat burner is Oxyelite Pro, but that's not to say that Recreate doesn't work. In fact, it is quite effective for most people.

One thing I like about it is the fact that there is very little caffeine in it, as with all USP Labs supplements. Instead, there is a long list of other natural ingredients to help boost metabolism and trigger fat loss. Actually, according to USP Labs, Recreate supports fat loss via 23 separate pathways.

Many people find that they retain all their muscle (some actually manage to gain a couple pounds of muscle) while shredding the fat away. Side effects seem to be scarce and minimal, including crashing later in the day, and a few people noticed diminished effects after several weeks.

Like almost all other fat burners, Recreate comes in capsules. The recommended dosage is 3-4 capsules per day. Take 2 in the morning, and another 6-8 hours later. After assessing tolerance, you can add in a 4th capsule if you want to. Make sure you don't take it within 6 hours of bedtime though, otherwise you might have trouble falling asleep!

After taking Recreate, you should notice decreased appetite, possibly higher body temperature (it's a thermogenic), and an increase in energy. It is recommended to take it 30 minutes before your workout, so it will supercharge your lifts. No pre-workout supplement is necessary with this, so you can save a little money that way.
